How do I register at Unionesadhesivas.com?

There are two types of registration in unionesadhesivas.com, you can do it as a Personal user or a Company user.

Register as a user Company Simply choose "Register as a Company user", you must fill in the corresponding registration form and fill in all the required information. This will create a NEW account in our system.

Register as a Personal User Simply choose "Register as a Personal User" and complete the form. This will create a NEW account in our system. Customers registered in this format will not be eligible for credit lines.

In the two registration modes, you get the possibility of:

• Track the delivery status of your order

• Display all the order history (placed in the account)

• View and download invoices with VAT, clearance notes and credit notes

• Storage of alternative shipping addresses

Does unionesadhesivas.com support clients outside of Spain?

Yes. We ship to more than 100 countries, we provide complete export documentation with security and technical sheets in the language of the destination country and packaging service.

Where can I see my order history?

When you have placed an order, you can see it by going to the My Account page and clicking on View order history.

What are my delivery options?

We work hard to offer our customers the best delivery options for our products. We deliver in 24 hours both at the National level (Spain) and to EU member countries. What are my online payment options?

Payment for online orders can be made with debit or credit card or PayPal account. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Can I send to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, there is an option once you arrive at the payment process to enter billing and shipping addresses separately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the requested product is available the order may take between 1 or 2 days to be prepared (excluding weekends). For products on request, it may vary from the supplier / manufacturer. In the tab of each product, it will indicate the estimated delivery time. If your item (s) are not available for immediate delivery, a member of our Web Team will contact you with your estimated delivery date.

Can I track my order?

We have tracking references available for all our shipments. Contact a member of our Web Team to request your follow-up reference.

Do I have to pay VAT?

If you are within Spain, a corresponding% VAT will be applied to your orders. If you place an order from outside of Spain, or if your order is to be delivered outside of Spain, VAT may not apply. If you have a VAT number, include it in your customer file at the time of registration.

How can I get an invoice with VAT?

If your order was placed while you were connected to your account, you can download a copy of your VAT directly from your user menu.If you make the purchase as a guest, you can contact the Web Team directly, which will send you a copy of your invoice by email.
