Due to shipping restrictions for hazardous and LQ products that are transported by air, shipments require additional packaging and travel documentation. RETURNS POLICY

No returns will be accepted without prior notice and prior acceptance from our sales department. The carriage costs of returns, when the reason for return is unconnected to UNIONES ADHESIVAS, S.L. will always be at the expense and risk of the buyer. The amount of the corresponding credit will be deducted from the next invoice. No returns will be accepted for products that have been discontinued, used or handled. The amount to be paid will be the amount corresponding to the value of the sale at the time, minus the transport costs of the initial shipment, and minus the costs of readmission of the goods.
